Assuming that the pdf is in the files app, locate the file, tap on it and then open the share sheet - the icon with the square and the up pointing arrow and tap on Messages. That will attach the file to a text message. Then type in the recipient name, etc, etc.

Ever since the update to iOS 18.1 I cannot attach photos into either a text message or an iMessage from photos. I’ve reset my phone and messed around with it and synced and all that and it’s not working.
Paper clip icon (“Attach”) The paper clip icon disappeared. When I want to attach something to a text or email, the icon is not in its usual place and nowhere to be found. Can anyone help with this?

Problem #1: In personal iPhone (XS), when composing new e-mail message within Outlook app, when I select to attach a file, it opens the available locations for selection of the file. It show local (on my iphone), my personal OneDrive and my company's one drive. When selecting a file from either OneDrive location, it simple doesn't attach.
A simple way to attach an HEIC to email as JPEG? I currently store my photos in iCloud in HEIC format. While it may save space, I have to convert the HEIC image to a JPEG if I want to attach it to a computer generated email. Is there an easier way to get my HEIC images into an email?
