That doesn't work if you got a laptop, Microsoft locked out the keys to my hp one and their official solution is to buy windows. We have no way to get our old key back. Or reinstall windows 10 without buying a new key.

I did the memory diagostic and it got stuck on 21% so im assuming its a memory error and Ill need to buy new RAM. I don't know what RAM would be compatible with my motherboard though.
You must use originally licensed software from trusted distributers. Best thing is to do now is do what Microsoft defender suggest to you. Choose remove threat and click on Start Action from Windows Defender. Otherwise you may get lot of problems with you PC because of Malwares. Please buy software only from trusted distributers.
