Try switching to a different Roblox client if none of the above fixes work. Click on the microphone bubble to unmute it if it has a slanted line over it. Make sure that you are joining a game that supports voice chat. Not all games on Roblox have voice chat enabled. If these solutions do not work, reach out to Roblox support for further assistance.
Contact roblox support (as annoying as this is please do this if nothing else works, it could be an issue on their end.) I was having this same issue but for me redoing my 2fa fixed the problem immediately.

I have voice chat enabled and roblox has microphone enabled in my settings but there is no microphone icon above my head or in the menu when u press "esc". I can see if other people have voice chat so my voice chat is definitely enabled and I can hear other people on voice chat. ROBLOX VC - Able to hear, but can't speak? I'm verified and everything, but when I enable my mic in-game, it says my mic is on, but it doesn't pick up on anything at all. I can still hear others just fine though. I've tried everything I can think of; VoiceMod, updating drivers, uninstall and reinstall, and nothing seems to help.
Roblox does nothing about it for the YouTuber because again, they spin up fake/temp accounts to do it and provide roblox with free advertisement. If you cave to pressure, you can always provide them with voice chat and no microphone. They can hear other kids but cannot talk to them.
