A major new winter storm is expected to bring ice and snow to the upper Midwest on Thursday, with the system moving through the lower Northeast on Friday.

Feel-like temperatures outside are much colder again, starting out in the single digits / teens. Winds gusts will pick back up again today, coming out of the west at up to 35/40 mph.
