Flooding this July has felt extraordinary, but it’s part of a multi-year pattern where extremes are becoming the new normal.
The NWS Wakefield VA released a flash flood warning at 6:06 a.m. on Thursday in effect until 9:15 a.m. The warning is for Bertie, Gates, Hertford and Northampton counties.
