These signals still conduct through the AV node and produce a narrow QRS complex. Patients (myself included) describe this as a “skipped beat”, flutter, or a pause followed by a stronger heartbeat (this is the post-pause beat rather than the PAC itself). 🫀 PACs are extremely common and, in most cases, benign.
