How do we shrink bag our meat chickens after processing? And why is shrink bagging our preferred method for prepping pasture-raised chickens for the freezer? 1. It's really quick. Since we already have the scalder out from processing and we have so many birds to bag at a time...this is much quicker for us than vacuum sealing. 2.
